We offer traditional graphic design, web development and illustration services. Whether you need a logo, a trade ad, print collateral, or even an entire trade show booth, Art+Image+Info's creative people will make you stand above the rest.
Our expertise with print and other traditional advertising media provides Art+Image+Info with a unique perspective. We look at your whole project needs and make appropriate recommendation including realistic ideas and schedules we can all live with.
Design Costs
Costs are are never exactly the same for clients, everybody's needs are never the same, we don't have some magic formula for a brochure and a press kit. What you can count on from us is getting a fair estimate and a realistic schedule. We can always give you ballpark price over the phone whatever your project is or call you back the next day. As most other successful businesses, We pick up a lot of new clients by referral. If we do a great job and charge you a fair price, you'll likely tell your business associates about our company. We can give you a more accurate price quote after our first conversation and review any materials and text that you may be able to provide. When we determine your exact needs, in terms of copy writing, graphics, photos, size of the brochure or project, etc. we will email you an estimate ASAP, and we can agree to the terms of the project. We require about 50% down to start a project or approved credit. If you want to pay by credit card, just click on PayPal to make a starting deposit. No account is necessary.

Time Estimates
Time can slip by very easily in this business, we never like a project to take more time than originally planned but sometime it does. Sometimes it is out of our control but usually it is not. It should not be. From my experience I can tell you two weeks is just about the fastest possible, design and printing but I have produced some in just a few days, using digital 24-hour printing. It can be done but we don't usually like to put the pedal-to-the-metal unless we have to. More time is always better, less mistakes occur, less stress, etc., everybody is happier. Generally figure three to four weeks to do a good job on your project. If you are interested in a graphic or two, figure on a couple of days to do something for you, that time-frame is much less than a printed piece.
Marketing
Effective marketing really doesn't cost you anything it really should make you money, lots of money hopefully. Otherwise why go though the creating the project. If you go through the correct steps to a project, it is pretty hard to totally fail. Some projects will be better than others, more effective but almost all projects work to some extent. Is there risks, of course, but a bigger risk is to do nothing at all. To coin an old phase, "Nothing ventured nothing gained".
A standard marketing campaign is a necessary tool for any organization as we know. Be prepared to go through the steps to achieve your goals. Consistency is the name of the game. It is best to get the first piece, (like our brochure) out and then a follow up post card or letter or some other item, don't let the potential customer forget who you are. 1. Explain you business and what you can do for your future customers in a brochure, sell them! 2. Purchase or use an existing up to date database to use your new brochure via mail or plan a trade show hand them out to your potential new customers. You are always going to need something to explain your business and put it in the best possible light. 3. If you have the database you can always check back with a potential new customer, in a trade show always get a business card or have them fill out a guest list. 4. Call potential new customers back a week or two after sending or attending a trade show. You should get interest from 10-35 percent on your call backs. Ten percent is a good rule-of-thumb, unless you are doing a direct mail shotgun approach which can be in the 1.5% to 2% sales, the worst effective marketing. But it can work depends on your unique circumstances.
If you go through the above process and if you will commit to being consistent, you’ll see a significant increase in your marketing success. That's where I come in, I can work with you to create these necessary marketing pieces to promote your business and move it to the next level.
